At Pawhaus Cookies, we’re committed to delivering our handcrafted dog treats to you and your furry friends as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find all the details you need about our shipping process.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer. We'll always keep you updated if delays occur.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship Australia-wide.

- Free standard shipping for orders over [$100].
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Notes
- Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
- If your parcel is returned to us due to an error in the delivery address or a missed delivery, re-shipping fees may apply.
Damages and Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at p@pawhauscookies.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item within 3 days of delivery.
- If your parcel is lost in transit, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
International Shipping
