At Pawhaus Cookies, we take pride in crafting quality, handmade dog treats with care. As our products are perishable and made to order, we have a limited refund policy in place to ensure both customer satisfaction and food safety.
1. Perishable Goods – No Returns
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on any edible products. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect items
We will assess your claim and offer one of the following:
- A replacement
- A store credit
- A full or partial refund (depending on the nature of the issue)
3. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out and we will assist in tracking it. While we are not liable for delivery issues caused by courier services or incorrect address entries, we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
4. Change of Mind
As our treats are handmade and perishable, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
